About hotrix

In the early 1980s, Hotlix started in a Pismo Beach, California candy store. The original Hotlix is our famous hot cinnamon sucker, which is where our name comes from. The owner had a long history of interest in entomophagy, the practice of eating insects. He introduced our first insect product, the tequila flavored sucker with a real worm inside.

I would highly recommend getting a mystery bargain box. Mine arrived today and it has a great variety of different snacks from different countries. When looking at the original value of the items, it comes to £26ish which consider the box only cost £9.99 is very reasonable in my opinion. As stated everything is past its best before date, the furthest past is from October 2024 (received order in March 2025), but most things are only a month or two past their best.
